Summer Event / Residential Community Event

We are planning a summer event for our residential community “To Be At Südkreuz”.

Date: 12.06.2026
Time: approx. 16:00–20:00
Expected guests: approx. 200–400 residents

The food will be offered free of charge to our residents. Therefore, we are looking for a flat-fee or event-based pricing model.

We would like to know whether you are available on this date and what kind of street food menu/setup you would recommend for this type of outdoor event.
